Meet Mikaela, our Physiotherapist with years of experience in private practice. Mikaela is known for her compassionate nature, fostering strong relationships with her patients to help them reach their rehabilitation goals. She values the power of education and reassurance and combines this with specialised techniques such as dry needling and clinical Pilates to deliver a holistic and personalised approach to meet the individual’s needs.

Mikaela's Story
​
Mikaela’s journey as a physiotherapist has taken her to remarkable heights, including serving as the team physiotherapist for Samoa at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. She is experienced, skilled and has a deep understanding of elite athletic performance & rehabilitation.
Following the recent birth of her son, Mikaela brings a newfound appreciation for women’s health to her practice. This personal journey has further ignited her passion for supporting women and their bodies through all stages of life.

Outside of work you'll find Mikaela juggling the roles of motherhood, while still trying to fill her own cup. She enjoys playing social touch footy, getting out and about with James, going for walks on the beach, catching up with friends for coffee, and quality family time.
