Lizzie's Story
Growing up in the country and playing touch footy, Lizzie then moved to Sydney where she played representative touch footy for Bankstown Jets. Then, moving to Wollongong she deep dove into Oztag, representing both Wollongong and Shellharbour. Lizzie experienced the physical and mental demands of training, performance and injury management firsthand. These experiences sparked her interest in exercise and rehabilitation, leading her to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology. Today, Lizzie combines her sporting background with evidence-based practice to help clients build confidence, improve their physical capacity and return to the activities that are most important to them, whether that be sport, work or everyday life.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys getting active by pounding the pavement, playing Oztag or hitting the gym. If you don’t catch her there, she loves getting outdoors, kicking the footy, or heading back to the country to reset.
